Zhangjiajie is located at northwest of Hunan Province and in the hinterland of Wuling Mountain Chain. Its peculiar geology forms the marvelous world sight landform, and the grand and mysterious Wulingyuan Quartz Sandstone Peak - Forest can be reputed as “Earth's memorial”. Tianmen Mountain, Karst Mountain Terrace, extremely with typical significance, is gone by the name of “the soul of Wuling”. Emperor Mountain

Standing in the northwestward of Wuling-yuan core area, The Emperor Mountain , which belongs to the infancy of the Zhang Jiajie landform, forms a trigonum with National Forest Park and Suoxiyu Valley. It is the highest mountain in this area and possesses over hundreds of natural viewing decks. More than 2000 toppens and falls can be seen here and there. The grand scenic spot in Emperor Mountain are the sea of cloud, huge stone, snow and rosy clouds.

Yuan Jiajie

Located in the north part of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie is a naturally formed platform mountain, surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. Added to this scene is an array of amazing lesser peaks and grotesque rocks. Each one stands in the valley and possesses its own peculiar shape. The foremost attractions in this area include: Hallelujah Mountain, Back garden, Mihun Stage, and the First Bridge under the Sun.

Bailong Elevator

Bailong Elevator made by Germanic company, an outdoor elevator in the mountain, can bear 4000 people per hour and vertically ascend about 326 meters in 1’58’’. It is the right vehicle to get to Yuan Jiajie from Water Running across the Four Gates and go through the Yang Jiajie and Emperor Mountain scenic area.

Huangshizhai—Huangshi Village

Seated in the central of National Forest Park, Huangshi Village is the flourishing period of Zhangjiajie Landform, Covering an area of about 250 mu (about 16.5 hectares) at its top and 1080 meters above the sea. It’s also the typical square platform and the biggest terrace in National Forest Park, in which you can see fantastic upstanding peaks as well as the vertical and horizontal gully. It has more than 20 scenic spots , including Heavenly Books and Treasure Chest 、Star Gathering Stage、Five-fingers Peak、Remaining Piers of the Heavenly Bridge、Clouds Drifting Cave.

Yang Jiajie

Located in the northwest of Wulingyuan core scenic area, Yangjiajie covers 3400 hectares in the west of National Forest and south of Emperor Mountain with precipitous mountain and tranquil and quite valley. The highest peak is about 1130 meters and Oolong village is the best place to enjoy the sight of peaks resembling the wall.

Jinbianxi —the Golden Whip Stream

Jinbianxi is about 7.5km long and is named just because it always runs past Jinbianyan—the Golden Whip Crag. As the most beautiful valley in the scenic spot, it is praised as “the most beautiful valley in the word” over the Great Canyon (the Colorado Canyon). Main attractions include Welcome Guest Crag、Golden Whip Crag、Zicao Tarn、A Couple Meeting from Afar and so on.

Yellow Drag Cave

Located in the northeast of Suoxiyu scenic spot, Yellow Drag Cave is 20km far away from the Yanghe exit of Zhangjiajie expressway. It’s the typical karsts landform, gathering the fantastic features of karsts cave and sharing the good reputation for its supernatural wonders. It's reputed as the “All-round champion” among the karsts caves in the world as well as “the most beautiful touring karsts cave in China”.

Baofeng Lake

Where there is a mountain, there is water, and where a beautiful mountain exists, one can also find attractive water. The mountain gives rise to the water, and the water is the mountains life-blood. The Charm of West Hu Nan

Zhangjiajie ·the Charm of West Hu Nan is the largest comprehensive acting base in Wu Lingyuan at present.
